Collapse ▲All youth ages 5-18 are welcome – no prior 4-H experience needed. 4-H age is based on your child’s age as of January 1, 2025.
To register follow these steps:
If your child has never participated in 4-H you must create an account. Select “Polk County Members at Large.” Complete all of the information required by 4-H for each child. Then wait for approval. When you receive your approval, then you can register for the classes. You will go back to 4-H online, click the Events tab, and choose: “2025 Summer Sparks at Polk County 4-H” to view and sign up for classes. If your child has participated in 4-H but not since January of 2025, you will need re-enroll on 4-H online and review/update your child’s information. Then you will wait for an approval. When you receive approval, you can go back to 4-H online and select “2025 Summer Sparks at Polk County 4-H” to view and sign up for the classes. For the children who are currently active in Polk County 4-H, go to the “Events” tab to register.
