Come join us for this interactive demonstration class where you can learn how to build your own healthy and nutritious grain bowls. Cost is $15 and classes are limited to 12 people per class.
The class will be held at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Polk County Center, located at 79 Carmel Lane, Columbus, on Thursday, September 26th. There are two classes: 10:30 am to 12 pm and 5:30 pm to 7 pm.
