Collapse ▲First aid knowledge for horses can benefit horse owners when dealing with equine emergencies. Horse owners familiar with first aid can assess the situation, provide general care as needed, and know if the situation requires the immediate attention of a veterinarian. The workshop will give horse owners skills and hands-on practice in equine first aid, as well as how to determine when your horse is having a health emergency and what to do until a vet can be seen.
The clinic will be held on July 18th at 9:30 a.m. at the barn at our office, 79 Carmel Lane in Columbus. Veterinarians with Hunt Country Equine will be leading the class. There is no fee for this class but we do need you to pre-register. Please complete the online form.
