2022 Vol Leaders Conference Info

Volunteer Leaders Conference is right around the corner and registration is now live! The event will be held February 4-5, 2022, at the Hilton Durham near Duke University. This is your opportunity to participate in workshops and seminars designed especially for 4-H volunteers and agents to create positive learning experiences for young people across the state. Annually, more than 200 conference participants gain skills and knowledge to help make the best better!

Friday will offer pre-conference optional workshops during the day and a night fun group activity you will not want to miss. Saturday features a variety of workshops, district meetings, recognizing awards recipients, and incoming officer installation, plus chances to network and see friends! We hope you can join us for this great training event! To learn more about this great conference, be sure to check out the agenda at the link below.

Registration rates are listed on the attached document and as in previous years, include several registration options. Please note that there is only one deadline this year and all registrations must be entered and approved by January 10. No registrations will be accepted after this time. Registration this year will be in 4-H Online. This will be the only way that registrations will be accepted.

Please contact Holly Jordan at holly_jordan@ncsu.edu if you are interested in attending and if you have any questions. ***Buncombe County 4-H has funds to help cover the registration fees for our volunteers so we need to see how many are interested in attending so we can determine the amount for scholarships.***
