The Polk County Extension Center is the last building on the right. I-40 WEST FROM RALEIGH: Travel West on I-40 to Morganton. Take Rutherfordton Exit (#103) onto US Hwy 64 West. Follow Hwy 64 to Hwy 221. Cross over bridge, turn left onto Hwy 221 towards Rutherfordton. Travel through downtown Rutherfordton. Continue on Hwy 221. Follow signs to US Hwy 74. Take 74 West until the Columbus Exit (#163). turn left onto Highway 108 East. Travel 1.1 miles on Hwy 108 to downtown Columbus. Go 1 block past the 1st traffic light.
